About me

A while ago, I understood that life is defined by how we relate to the rest of the world. One of the relationships that shapes us the most is the one we form with the food we consume. We eat many times a day to survive. Yet, we are generally ignorant about what is going into our mouths. We do it fast and without thinking.

When I realized the amount of time I spent in front of a plate, I understood the importance of being aware of what we eat. I decided to research the benefits of a natural diet, and I began to cook with whole foods. After a while, I was feeling healthier physically, mentally, and emotionally. Improving my relationship with the food I ate was the key to improving my relationship with myself. To me, self-care is the most important thing, and my goal is to transmit that.

Healthy Source is a guide, a manual, a dictionary, a recipe book, and a reminder. Moreover, it is a space to remind us how essential it is to understand ourselves. I want to encourage conscious nourishment by giving people the tools to feel their best. I am sure that through self-knowledge and reliable information, we can all find unique balance and show the world our interior beauty.
