Poached Egg with Zataar Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1 egg
1 slice of traditional loaf of bread
1/2 avocado
1 fist of arugula
20 grams of feta cheese (in pieces)
1 lemon
Grain salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
1 teaspoonful of ginger powder
1/2 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
1/2 tablespoon of hemp seeds
Steps
Zataar vinaigrette
Mix:
3 tablespoons of olive oil.
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
1/2 yellow lemon.
1/2 tablespoon of zatar.
Salt and pepper (to taste).
Toasted bread:
Toast bread and set aside.
Prepare avocado with lemon, pepper and salt.
Add the prepared avocado and feta cheese to the bread.
Add arugula, hemp seeds, and sunflower seeds.
Poached Egg:
Boil water.
Transfer the egg to a glass or cup and set aside.
Add a tablespoon of vinegar to the water.
When the water is about to boil (or boil lightly), swirl with the help of a spoon.
Drop the egg gently into the center of the swirl.
Cook for about 3 minutes. Remove it with a slotted spoon.
Place the egg on top of the toast, and finally add vinaigrette.
* You can check the cooking of the egg, observing that the white becomes opaque (if the white is bright it is not ready yet).
