Shrimp and Mango Tiradito

Ingredients:

  • 8 to 10 large shrimps

  • 1 cup of yellow lemon juice

  • 4 tablespoons of soy

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Pepper (to taste)

  • 3 tablespoons of honey bee

  • 1 tablespoon of ginger powder (if not powdered, use natural ginger)

  • 1 serrano pepper (sliced)

  • A fist of peppermint (cleaned and disinfected)

  • 1 mango (sliced)

  • ½ of avocado (sliced)

Steps:

  1. Peel and clean shrimp, remove the head if they still have and the vein or black strip.

  2. Cut them lengthwise to make a butterfly cut (you can cut them completely or leave them in a butterfly shape).

  3. Blend the juice of lemon, soy, honey, ginger, salt and pepper. Mix until incorporated.

  4. Place the shrimp in a bowl or plate, and cover them with the mixture, leaving them for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  5. Chop avocado, mango and serrano pepper.

  6. Remove from the refrigerator and add the avocado, mango, chile serrano and peppermint.

  7. Finish seasoning to taste (if necessary).
